Each track runs as evening, weekend, or hybrid-online cohorts, so you can train while working. Cohorts cap at 20 students per instructor.
IT Support & Help Desk Fundamentals

14 years in enterprise & ISP routing before teaching. CCNP-certified; built the branch-office labs students configure in week 6.
Malik Okafor
Former Tier III SOC analyst at a regional MSSP. Runs the incident-response tabletop exercises in the final two weeks of the track.
